  • Probable Causes
    The controller will automatically use historical weather data with daily temperature data corresponding to the selected Region that you configure in your controller for future watering adjustments.
    
    Using the list below, determine the regional location closest to your site. The corresponding Region Number is the number that you should enter into your controller.

  • Probable Causes
    Blow fuse / Circuit breaker
    No power to controller
    
    Solutions
    Replace Fuse / Reset Circuit Breaker
    Check transformer
    Check wires
    Check power outlet
    Note: Battery needs to be replaced
• Display shows 'Fuse/Power Fault' 'Check P Adapter'
  • Probable Causes
    Transformer not plugged into outlet
    No AC Power
    Blown Fuse / Circuit Breaker
    
    Solutions
    Check transformer
    Check wiring
    Check power outlet
    Replace fuse / Reset circuit breaker
• Display is frozen
  • Probable Causes
    Power trouble
    
    Solutions
    Remove battery and disconnect power. Turn power back on and replace battery.
• Time of day is blinking
  • Probable Causes
    Loss of power and dead battery back up
    
    Solutions
    Replace battery and set time and date
• Rain Sensor not working
  • Probable Causes
    Poor Connection
    Insufficient rain
    Rain sensor not exposed to rain
    
    Solutions
    Check wiring between rain sensor and controller
    Rain sensor requires 0.25 inches of rain. Move rain sensor so it is exposed to rainfall
• Did not irrigate
  • Probable Causes
    Unit is Accumulating
    Controller is in OFF position
    Rain Delay
    
    Solutions
    When the ET value is low the unit will skip days before irrigating. Turn the controller to the Run position to resume irrigating. If a 'D1' is flashing the unit has a rain the delay. The controller will delay water 24 hours after the rain delay starts.

    The controller will vary the amount of time it irrigates depending on the local weather conditions
• Water does not turn off
  • Probable Causes
    Valve problem
    
    Solutions
    Check the irrigation valve
• Watering starts at the wrong time
  • Probable Causes
    Multiple programs trying to run at the same time
    
    Solutions
    The controller runs one program at a time, it will postpone other programs until the present one is complete
• Display shows 'Internal Read Error' 'EE MEMORY FAULT'
  • Probable Causes
    Power spike
    
    Solutions
    Remove AC power from the controller, remove back up battery, press and hold the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons and apply power. You will need to reprogram the unit
