Aqua Conserve, Inc. will repair or replace any Aqua Conserve product that fails under normal use within 3 years of the original purchase date. For a return authorization call Aqua Conserve.
The foregoing warranty shall not apply to defects or claims for service resulting from, but not limited to: Improper or inadequate maintenance by the consumer, unauthorized modifications, operation outside the specifications of the product, damage from neglect or improper handling or loss of profits from improper installation.
